If you’ve been wondering how the new Democrats’ “Equality Act,” which requires folks to be treated according to the gender identity of their choice, will operate if it gets passed, we only need to look to California.
At the beginning of January, a law in California went into effect that says prisoners in these state facilities are to be housed according to their own gender identity, regardless of their physical anatomy. As of right now, 261 prisoners, 255 of them biological males, have now asked to be relocated to female prisons.
According to Zerohedge, one of the alleged reasons for this particular law was due to the fact that men who identified as women behind bars were more susceptible to being raped in an all-male prison. One male prisoner from the country of Australia stated that he was raped over 2,000 times. Which, if true, is absolutely horrifying.
While that sounds like a legitimate reason on the surface, it doesn’t really do much to help protect people in prison from being raped. All they’ve really done by making this kind of switch is changing victims. Now women in these prisons will be at a much higher risk of being raped by men posing as transgender individuals.
England actually tried this transgender experiment and the risk of rape for women on the inside turned out to be very, very real.
“The United Kingdom Ministry of Justice (MoJ) has revealed that inmates who identify as transgender are responsible for a rate of sexual attacks that is exponentially higher than their proportion of the population of women’s jails and prisons,” the report said.
“In response to a question that former Labour Party General Secretary Baroness McDonagh put before Parliament, the MoJ has acknowledged that, while inmates who identify as transgender make up about one percent of the 3,600 inmates in women’s jails and prisons, they have committed 5.6% of all reported sexual assaults,” the report continued.
In England, there’s a man who calls himself Karen White, who was put behind bars for stabbing his neighbor. Despite the fact that he had a lengthy rap sheet for sexual assault, exposure, sexually molesting minors, and cruelty to animals, he still ended up in a girl’s prison.
And guess what? He sexually assaulted women.
There was also another case like the one with Karen, only it was in the state of Illinois, where the prisoner in question was required by court order to relocate “transgender” prisoners to prisons of the sex they identified with. Soon after, a woman filed a federal lawsuit claiming a man identified attacked her, the man claiming he was a “transgedner woman.”
“Two-hundred sixty-one California state prisoners have requested transfers to facilities that house the opposite gender since a new law went into effect on Jan. 1 – and 255 of them have requested to move from a male to a female corrections facility,” the report said.
“So far, the prison system has approved only a few transfers, but it hasn’t rejected any of them yet. And according to Breitbart News, even the reliably leftist Los Angeles Times has conceded that several men are thought to have applied “under false pretenses,” and that women prisoners are getting worried,” the report stated.
So far, 21 of these requests have been approved. Four of those 21 have been transferred to Central California Women’s Facility in Chowchilla. Apparently the guards at Chowchilla have been warned that men are coming to the prison and they should be anticipating sexual violence.
