Violent Rioter Twice Bailed Out By Kamala Harris Fund Charged Yet Again

Written with contribution from Sheriff David Clarke

A violent rioter twice bailed-out by a fund supported by the now-Vice President, Kamala Harris, has been charged for a third time, because of course he has.

Minneapolis man Thomas Moseley has been charged with fifth-degree drug possession, possession of a dangerous weapon in a courthouse, and second-degree rioting while armed with a dangerous weapon, having been bailed out after arrests for property damage and gun possession.

This was thanks to the Minnesota Freedom Fund, who paid his $5,000 bail.

Moseley was released after being bailed out and then later charged with second-degree rioting after he took part in a so-called “New Year’s Eve melee.”

The Hennepin County Attorney’s Office said Moseley’s behavior “raises significant concerns for public safety” while announcing the latest charges against him.

Alpha News explained:

Moseley was previously arrested on property damage and gun possession charges, but was released after the Minnesota Freedom Fund posted $5,000 for his bail. The gun possession charge was connected to an Oct. 15 protest inside the Hennepin County Government Center, where the officers involved in George Floyd’s death were making a court appearance.

Officers arrested Moseley (on property damage charges stemming from an August protest) and found him in possession of a Glock semi-automatic handgun. They then obtained a warrant to search Moseley’s vehicle and discovered a massive cache of firearms and tactical gear, including three handguns, a shotgun, a semi-automatic rifle, a gas mask and about 50 rounds of ammunition — plus a stash of cocaine, mushrooms, and marijuana.

Moseley was one of five detained on New Year’s Eve after rioters vandalized downtown Minneapolis with messages like “down with America,” “kill all cops,” “crimewave 2021,” “America’s last year,” and “death to America,” the outlet notes.

These thugs were clearly prepared to cause criminal mayhem, as well.

“During the course of these detentions and investigation, officers recovered a handgun, knives, three cans containing a suspected wax and fuel substance, a green laser, mace, improvised spike balls, a taser, fireworks, gas masks, body armor, helmets, and 2-way radios. Additionally, it was learned that the group had a designated ‘emergency medical technician,’” the charges stated.

Of those who have been the happy recipients of the Minnesota Freedom Fund’s generosity are a twice-convicted rapist charged with kidnapping, assault, and sexual assault, who was bailed out for $350,000 as well as an alleged child rapist and six alleged domestic abusers.

The group raked in over $35 million in the weeks following the death of George Floyd and also garnered the praise of a full 13 Biden campaign staffers as well as a Twitter endorsement from now-Vice President Harris.

Their mission, Alpha News notes, is to pay “criminal bail and immigration bonds for those who cannot otherwise afford to” and to work to abolish cash bail in Minnesota.

This group is the equivalent of funding a domestic terror operation. Where is the IRS and FBI?

Move along, nothing to see here.
